My whole family loves our Leo sectional from The Furniture and Mattress Warehouse. It's nice to finally have enough room for all 6 of us to watch a movie together! We noticed the wood in the arm of one the end pieces was damaged after we had the set a couple of weeks (it was under the fabric so we didn't notice it immediately). I called FMW and they assured me they would take care of it by either sending a new piece or giving a refund. It took a little time but we got the new piece! Which I am really happy about because I didn't want to hassle with completely exchanging such a large item. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was always very friendly and helpful. We're very happy with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy from The Furniture and Mattress Warehouse again.

Absolutely excellent service! The staff are very attentive and I love how laid back yet professional they are! Ed was very polite and helped me and my partner in finding a new dining room table set. From browsing their selection they seem to have very good quality furniture. Delivery was also an amazing experience and Hiko was able to get everything setup smooth and efficiently.
